Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns, Damages, Stolen Orders

Due to the high demand and the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. All sales are Final. 

If a package is returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, PronouncedBrookehluhn is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees. All other returned orders may be subject to processing fees.

Due to the limited nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item is defective we will replace it. Please contact us at PronouncedBrookehluhn@gmail.com

 Damages, Lost, Stolen Orders

Photos of the shipment damages are required and original packaging must be retained. We(PronouncedBrookehluhn) will pay for the return shipping label. Once we have received the return package, a new packed will be shipped out immediately after inspection of the returned package.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 30 days to ensure it was not incorrectly delivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed with the USPS with your provided Tracking Information.
